Be the first spectators in the Olympic Stadium
Tickets to five world class test events, including Paralympic Athletics at the Olympic Stadium, and Synchronised Swimming at the Aquatics Centre, will go on 48-hour advance sale to Hackney residents from 9am on Tuesday, March 13 to 9am on Thursday, March 15. Prices range from £3-£20.
The world-class sporting events, which take place between 18 April and 8 May, will allow LOCOG to test key aspects of operations ahead of the Games - such as results, scoring and timing systems, the field of play, the venue and the people who will be working to ensure the Games run smoothly.
LOCOG is offering host borough residents a chance to purchase tickets for five of these events 48 hours in advance of general release.
Synchronised Swimming
The FINA Olympic Games Synchronised Swimming Qualification, presented by Visa takes place at the Aquatics Centre in the Olympic Park from 18-22 April 2012.
This event provides the final opportunity for synchronised swimmers to qualify for the London 2012 Games and will feature two events; duets and teams.
Hockey
The Visa International Invitational Hockey Tournament takes place at the Riverbank Arena in the Olympic Park from 2-6 May 2012.
The event will feature eight top teams from around the world including the current men's and women's world champions. Competing men's teams are Great Britain, Australia, Germany and India and competing women's teams are Great Britain, Argentina, China and Korea.
Water Polo
The Visa Water Polo International takes place at the Water Polo Arena in the Olympic Park from 3-6 May 2012.
This event features two matches per day, with competing women's teams from Great Britain, Australia, USA and Hungary. This top-level line up will give water polo fans a great taste of what to expect at London 2012.
Wheelchair Tennis
The Eton Manor Wheelchair Tennis International takes place at Eton Manor in the Olympic Park on 5 May 2012.
This is a new event on the ITF Wheelchair Tennis circuit. A total of 40 players from around the world will compete in all six Olympic-featured competitions: men's and women's Singles; men's and women's Doubles; and Quad Singles and Doubles, with men and women competing in the same events.
Paralympic Athletics
The Visa London Disability Athletics Challenge takes place at the Olympic Stadium on 8 May 2012. This event is part of the UK Athletics' (UKA) series of grand prix events in the UK. The events are held for British disabled athletes to compete against top athletes from around the world.
Tickets
Your 48-hour pre-sale will begin at 9am on 13 March 2012 and will run until 9am on 15 March 2012. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis, so make sure you don't miss out!
Full price tickets range from £5-£20 and special price tickets range from £3-£15.
Special price tickets are available for young people aged 0-16 years and seniors aged 60 plus.
