Hackney is a dynamic and diverse community in London’s vibrant east. Our residents are well supported by a highly professional workforce and quality services. Our Adults and Older Peoples service is currently at an exciting phase in its development and we will be moving quickly to improve our 3-star service to become a leading authority.
This service provides the first point of contact for many people in need of social care. We aim to meet those needs through providing access to a wide range of critical services such as occupational therapy, physical and sensory disability care including HIV and Sickle Cell, as well as Safeguarding Adults, and by working with our mental health care and the First Response partners.
