We provide services for older people, adults with physical and sensory disabilities, learning difficulties or mental health problems and those who are no longer able to manage without help.

Carers
Carers are people of any age who look after a friend or relative who needs support because of a physical or learning disability, mental illness or whose health is impaired by sickness or old age. To find out what support and advice is available see Carers
Home care
There are a number of services that we provide for adults and older people in need of care and support at home. See Home Care
Housing support and residential care

Money matters

Needs assessment
Before we can arrange services for you, you need to have a needs assessment to establish your need for help from social care services, and to arrange services to meet those needs. See Needs assessment.
