Important note about registering births
You will need to register the birth of your child within 42 days (6 weeks) of the birth. If the child was born in Hackney the birth must be registered by Hackney Registration Services, by appointment.
Appointments are held in:
- the Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street (weekdays)
- Hackney Town Hall (Saturdays).
