Parks byelaws
Have your say on new byelaws for Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is located between Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets and will provide local people and visitors with 102 hectares of parkland to enjoy when it opens in summer 2013.
We are proposing new byelaws to help us manage the park in a much more effective way for the benefit of the public. These are based on the standard byelaws created by the Department for Communities and Local Government.
Please take the time to read the three sets of proposed new byelaws before completing the consultation questionnaire:
- Byelaws for pleasure grounds, public walks and open spaces (PDF, 388KB)
- Byelaws for good rule and governance (PDF, 368KB)
- Byelaws for public toilets (PDF, 368KB)
Complete the consultation questionnaire.
Consultation closes 8 February 2013.
You can also download a questionnaire (PDF, 926KB), print it, complete it and and return it to us by post to Freepost LON18819, Consultation Team, Hackney Town Hall, London E8 1EA.
