Community Economic Development
The Hackney European Partnership (HEP) co-ordinated by Hackney Training and Employment Network (HTEN) will pursue a holistic community economic development strategy through partnership working.
This will provide the infrastructure for co-ordinating and supporting capacity building and business development activities.
