Change of vehicle or address details
Make sure you let us know about any changes to your address or vehicle details, otherwise your parking permit will be invalid and you are likely to get a parking ticket.
Change of vehicle details
If you change your vehicle and your permit has expired, you will need to apply for a new resident parking permit.
If you change your vehicle and your permit is still valid, please submit the following documents by post or in person at the Cashiers Office:

For change of engine size, you will either be eligible for a refund or be required to pay a surcharge based on the difference in prices for the remaining lifetime of your permit.
We charge a £10 for administration to change your permit.
