Welcome to the parents and carers page for City and Hackney Safeguarding Children Board. Each Local Authority in England has an SCB. Our role is to work across all the agencies providing services for children and young people, to coordinate the way services are provided to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people in the boroughs.
