Events and resources for families
Hackney Museum's Education Service runs a special events programme throughout the year which is free of charge for children, teenagers, families and adults.

The Museum provides Weekend Family Workshops on the first Saturday of every month and exciting Holiday Activities and events for adult visitors to the Museum. Many of the workshops are designed to coincide with national events such as Museums and Gallery Month and Black History Month.

Available from the front desk, the museum has a Free Explorer Pad that provides a fun introduction to the museum displays. The guide relates to the theme of immigration and settlement and is packed full of activities for children and their families.
