LDF - Core Strategy
The Core Strategy is the primary and strategic document in the Local Development Framework (LDF). It sets out a long term spatial vision and strategic objectives for future development in the area. It is characterised as the “spatial expression” of Hackney’s Sustainable Community Strategy and is shown diagramatically in the Proposals Map.
Current Stage
The Core Strategy was submitted to the Secretary of State on 25th Feb 2010 for examination by an independent Planning Inspector. The Inspector’s report will be binding on the Council.
