Opening times
- Monday to Friday: 7am to 10pm
- Saturday: 8am to 8pm
- Sunday: 8am to 8pm
These are also the opening times of the Fitness Centre. For opening times of other facilities at the centre, please visit the Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL) website. GLL are the not-for-profit trust that manage Britannia Leisure Centre.

Free swimming for under 18s and over 60s
Free swimming for under 18s and over 60s is now available at Britannia Leisure Centre at dedicated times. Please see the GLL website for more information.
Free Adult Learn-to-Swim Scheme
Over 2,000 Hackney residents are being given the opportunity to learn to swim for free, thanks to a ground breaking initiative launched by Hackney Council, charitable social enterprise Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL) and the Amateur Swimming Association.
The scheme is aimed at giving adults who have never previously been taught to swim the opportunity to learn a vital life skill and lead a more active and healthy lifestyle.
Classes will be available at Britannia Leisure Centre. To enrol, please register online.
