Discover Young Hackney
From summer activities to half-term festivals, Hackney's young people can get involved in showcasing, producing, promoting and training in the local arts and creative industries.

The Cultural Olympiad
Hackney is a host of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2012 (Link). Since 2008, the Cultural Olympiad has been a yearly celebration of arts and culture leading up to the 2012 Games. Visit London 2012 Cultural Olympiad.
The Cultural Development team supports Cultural Olympiad activity including CREATE, an annual creative festival born out of the cultural partnership between the five host boroughs for the 2012 Games and the associated Hackney Fringe Festival.
