Youth Inclusion Programmes (YIP)
Hackney Council's Youth Inclusion Programmes (YIP) target the 50 most at-risk young people in their neighbourhood and engage them in an intensive package of interventions.
The YISP's rationale is focused on identifying gaps in mainstream services and ensuring that they are fulfilling their statutory duty to the young person and their family.
The Youth Inclusion Programmes are different from the Youth Inclusion Support Panel (YISP), which is borough-wide and targets the 8-13 age range.
