Shortlist revealed

The 2014 awards received a record-breaking number of nominations, ranging from schools to private homes, large housing developments to shop space. Some tough decisions by the judging panel resulted in a shortlist of 16.

The panel visited each of the shortlisted schemes in September to determine the winners, commendations and mentions. The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony on 26 November.
