Receiving complaints and enquires
When we receive your query we will contact you within 3 days and advise you of what action we intend to take. If an officer is investigating the matter further, you will be sent a letter advising you of this and giving contact details.
The service can receive callers to reception at Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street E8 1DY between 9am - 5pm. However, as we are a small team of field officers we cannot always promise that you will see a specialist officer but your complaint will be taken and we will respond appropriately.
