A licence is required to operate massage / special treatment (MST) premises under Part II of the London Local Authorities Act 1991 and the Local London Authorities Act 2000.

- Acupuncture
- Threading
- Waxing
- Light/laser
- Facials
- Sauna
- Manicure
- Pedicure
- Cosmetic piercing
- Tattooing
- Nail treatment
- Or other such similar treatments
