Lists of Applications
This page contains lists of applications under the Licensing Act 2003 received by the Licensing Service.
Representations against the above applications can be made by responsible authorities and interested parties. The Act defines interested parties as:
- a person living in the vicinity of the premises in question
- a body representing persons living in the vicinity of the premises in question
- a person involved in a business in the vicinity of the premises in question
- a body representing persons involved in such business e.g. a trade association.
Responsible authorities and interested parties or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objective grounds only. The licensing objectives are:
- the prevention of crime and disorder
- the prevention of public nuisance
- public safety
- the protection of children from harm
