Controlled Parking Zone M (Clissold)
Parking Services last reviewed Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) M in 2006 - the public consultation took place between April and June 2006 and changes were implemented in November 2006.
Parts of Zone M are in the Match Day Scheme - parking controls are extended on match days at the nearby Arsenal FC Emirates Stadium. Please go to the separate Match Day Scheme page for more information.
Major Design Changes
CPZ operational hours
Operational hours are based on the most popular start and finish times provided during the public consultation.
Pending the introduction of the Match Day Scheme, operational hours within part of Zone M were frozen. Now that this Scheme is up and running, all streets in Zone M have the same start and finish times for normal CPZ operation.
Zone M now operates as follows:

| Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm |
| Saturday 8:30am - 1:30pm |

Match Day Scheme
Parts of Zone M had been suffering from specific parking pressures on match days as visitors parked in the area and walked to the new Emirates Stadium. Although further away from Hackney, the new venue has a much bigger capacity.
The Match Day Scheme is now active and extends parking controls on days when a home match is played at Arsenal FC’s Emirates Stadium. See the Match Day Scheme page for details.
