Building Control Customer Care Charter 

Building Control is fully committed to providing a customer focused service. 

We aim to 

  • Ensure that our service is user friendly.
  • Ensure that our staff will be helpful and professional at all times.
  • Continually improve our services.
  • Provide value for money.  

Our Service standards 

  • We will review building regulation applications and advise applicants of any issues within 15 working days
  • We will carryout a site visit upon request within 1 working day
  • We will issue Completion Certificates within 5 days of a satisfactory final inspection
