LDF Core Strategy Evidence Base 

Government guidance as set out in the Planning Policy Statement 12 (PPS12) requires the local planning authority to focus on providing "robust and credible" evidence to demonstrate how the Development Plan Documents have been produced at each stage and the supporting evidence to justify them.
