Land use - proposals
Land Use Proposals are made in the Development Plan which is part of the new Local Development Framework (LDF). They are best expressed by the Proposals Map, the operative one being that which was adopted in 1995 as part of the Unitary Development Plan (UDP). This map will be updated in conjunction with the incremental replacement of the UDP by the LDF.
