Please Note: Although the material has been commissioned by Hackney Council, for Hackney and is on Hackney Council’s website, these reports are the work of independent consultants and any recommendations contained in the reports should not be taken as approved Hackney policy. We will consider the recommendations when developing Hackney policies, which will then be open to public consultation before being formally adopted and after an examination in public in Summer 2007.
