Local Development Scheme (LDS)

The Local Development Scheme (LDS) outlines the work programme for completing Hackney’s new Local Development Framework (LDF).

The LDS outlines:

• The documents that will be the Local Development Documents,

• Their subject matter and geographical area to which each document relates;

• Which documents are to be Development Plan Documents; and

• The timetable for their preparation and revision.

The 2005-2008 LDS has been revised and a draft submitted to the Government Office for London for approval.  The draft has been updated and revised to outline the work programme for 2007-2010.  To download a copy of the draft document or any supporting documents, please select the appropriate links on the right.
