Local Development Scheme (LDS)
 | The Local Development Scheme (LDS) outlines the work programme for completing Hackney’s new Local Development Framework (LDF). |
The LDS outlines:
- The documents that will be the Local Development Documents,
- Their subject matter and geographical area to which each document relates;
- Which documents are to be Development Plan Documents; and
- The timetable for their preparation and revision.
The LDS was approved by Hackney Council on 27 January 2010 following consideration by the Mayor of London and the Secretary of State and takes effect from 1 February 2010. To download a copy of the document and the updated LDS Summary Timetable, please select the appropriate links below.
