Unitary Development Plan, 1995

The Unitary Development Plan (UDP) was adopted on June 5, 1995 and was the previous statutory development framework for the Borough.  As a result of changes to planning legislation the UDP has now been superceded by the Hackney Local Development Framework (LDF).
