Online Form: Planning decision notices
The Council issues a formal decision notice, which clearly states whether permission is granted or refused. If an application is approved it may be subject to conditions that need to be complied with. Unless otherwise stated, development can begin at any time within 3 years of the date of the permission.
All decision notices are attached to each planning application and can be viewed on Planning Explorer by searching for the specific planning application. (eg. 2010/0001)
A paper copy can be requested by filling in the online form above (please note a minimum cost of £5.00 per document will apply).
