Comments may be made by anyone, regardless of whether they were consulted individually. We welcome any comments; whether in support or in objection.
Planning Applications
Most decisions are taken by officers, but if the application is to be decided by the Planning Sub-Committee, any planning comments will be drawn to their attention before a decision is made. The leaflets below explain this in more detail.
It is not always possible to respond individually to comments, but if you have commented you will be informed of the council’s decision and sent a copy of the decision letter itself, showing any conditions that may have been placed on a permission.
