The Council's Trading Standards service makes sure that there is fair and safe trading in Hackney and protects the interests of consumers and businesses. See the links on the left of this page.
We enforce a wide range of consumer legislation, and provide advice to Hackney residents and businesses. For more information, see left for our Enforcement Policy page.
