Household Waste and Bin Collections
Refuse collection schedule and types of service
We provide a refuse collection to all residents at least once a week.
To find out when your bin collection is, you can download our refuse collection schedule or call Wasteline (contact details are to the right).
There are a number of different bin collection services available for residents, depending on their property type - you can find out more by following the links on the left.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide containers and bins for household waste.
How to put your rubbish out, and what to expect from us
- We will collect your rubbish from collection points or in front of your property.
- Please make sure you put your rubbish out in a sealed refuse sack or plastic bag and put it in your dustbin, wheelie bin, communal bins or storage areas.
- You should only put your rubbish out on the street if you do not have a collection point. If you have to put your rubbish out on the street, please place it there the night before collection (and no earlier).
- Only put rubbish out on the footpath the night before collectiont on collection day. They will not lift or carry bins or bags over stairwells or other obstacles.
- We try to complete all collections and will notify you in advance of any changes to your collection day.
- If we miss your collection for any reason, please report the Wasteline number at the top right corner of this page.
- We make sure no rubbish remains in bins after emptying, and will leave streets clear and clean after collection
