Missed collections
Whether you use communal bins or your own, you will have a set day or days when your waste is collected. Occasionally one of these collections may be late or missed for some reason. If you think your collection has been missed, please call the Wasteline number, below.
If you report a missed collection before midday, your rubbish should be collected by the end of the day. For any reports after midday the collection will be taken by the end of the next day.
The schedules for different streets and their collection days will be available on-line soon. In the mean time, please call the Wasteline if you do not know when your rubbish is collected.
Spillage after collection
Residents should have their rubbish cleared with no rubbish or mess left afterwards. Should this not be the case, please call the Hackney Waste Line.
