Missed bin collections and spillages

Reporting missed collections

Whether you use communal bins or your own, you will have a set day or days when your waste is collected. If you think your collection has been missed, please call Wasteline (see top-right corner of this page for the number).

If you report a missed collection before midday, your rubbish should be collected by the end of the day. For any reports after midday, the collection will be made by the end of the next day.

Reporting mess or a spillage after a collection

Residents should have their rubbish cleared with no rubbish or mess left afterwards. If there is waste left after a collection, please call Wasteline (see top-right corner of this page for the number) and we will aim to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
