GrantNet

Fund your ambitions

If you are a voluntary group, a community group or a small business seeking funding for your ideas to improve Hackney, GrantNet is for you.

GrantNet is a database of around 4,000 potential sources of funding, provided by everyone from local charities right through to the European Union.

It helps you filter this list down to the grants you may be eligible for, and that are suited to the type of project you want to make happen.

To use the database you will have to register, but this is free and your details will only be used to help with your specific search.

Once you have registered and searched, you can store or print off details of the results you are interested in.

GrantNet will then pass your search details onto a contact officer at Hackney Community & Voluntary Services (HCVS) who – if you want – will be able to offer help and advice about taking your search further. You will also be given the contact details for this person.

Your details will additionally be sent to grants officers at London Borough of Hackney so that they can monitor the effectiveness of GrantNet and make sure that you receive all the help you need – you will also have the contact details for these people.

GrantNet is one of the most comprehensive sources of information available on charitable, voluntary and community funding. It is provided to you free by the London Borough of Hackney and we are really keen to hear more about your experiences of it, and to help you get the most out of it – so please let us know what you think by contacting conal.o'rourke@hackney.gov.uk.
