Landlords Accreditation Scheme
The Landlord Accreditation Scheme is a voluntary scheme which has been established to acknowledge and encourage good management practice in privately rented property.
The aim of the Scheme is to secure better housing conditions and to create better communities by improving standards of property management.
To help landlords update their management skills and achieve accreditation, Hackney is working in partnership with other London boroughs through the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme to offer low cost high quality training.
