Hackney Families Together

Hackney Families Together is a joint PCT, Learning Trust and London Borough of Hackney group and is hosted jointly by City & Hackney Carers Centre and Hackney Family Backup.

It is a group for parents and carers of children 0-19 years old with disabilities and special educational needs, and it's main aims are to provide information and support and the opportunity to influence service delivery.

We meet three times each school term and cover key topics relevant to Hackney parent/carers, such as health, education, leisure, welfare benefits and other support services. Meetings are open to all parents and carers of children 0-19 years old with disabilities and special educational needs.

Organisations and services that make up Hackney Families Together: Hackney Parent Partnership Service, Hackney Family Backup, City and Hackney Carers Centre, Children with Disabilities Team, The Key, and the Portage Service.

Please call for more information or to be added to our mailing list.
