Hackney Joint Visiting Team

We can help get the right benefits for you.

The Joint Visiting Team is made up of staff from Hackney Council and the Pension Service. We will help improve your access to a range of benefits.

We will visit you at home to help you provide us with the correct information. We can then assess your entitlement to a range of benefits, such as:

  • State Pensions
  • Pension Credit
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Social Services Fairer Charging.

By working together we will speed up the assessment process, provide a single point of contact and be more accurate in our assessments. It will also mean less visits from different organisations.
