My Life, My Way
The Learning Disabilities Service will publish 'My Life, My Way' later this year. This report will explain changes in the way the Learning Disabilities Service works. It will tell people about the council's priorities to help people with learning disabilities to get a better life.
Westminster briefing
Simon and Kate from Hackney Recruitment Partnership (HRP) went to a conference in May. The conference was about what is working and what needs to get better for people with learning disabilities.
People with learning disabilities have told the government that jobs, housing and health are important.
People from all over the country came to the conference to talk about these things.
Simon and Kate told the people at the conference about what Hackney Learning Disability Service is doing to make things better. Some people at the conference asked Simon and Kate to visit them to tell more people about the work in Hackney.
