Renewing and extending loans
Loans from libraries may be renewed or extended subject to availability. There are three ways to renew loans:
Renew online
You can view items you currently have on loan and/or renew them using the online catalogue.
Please note -
- You will need your library card number and PIN to access this service.
- If you need a new library card or want to know your PIN, please visit your local library. Unfortunately, we cannot disclose your PIN over the phone.
Renew by phone
Call the libraries renewals and information line on 020 8356 2539, which is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
