Manor House AAP previous stages
What has been the AAP process so far?
Stage 1: Scoping and Baseline
This stage concluded with the production of the Manor House AAP Baseline Report which consists of background supporting material and provides an initial 'evidence base' upon which the Plan was developed.
Hackney has produced and commissioned a series of studies and background evidence which provide information to support production of the Hackney Local Development Framework (LDF). You can view these on the LDF evidence page.
Stage 2: Initial issues and opportunities
A Masterplan Vision and Objectives were developed which were used to guide the formulation of a number of AAP Options. The Options were tested through the Sustainability Appraisal, viability assessment and discussion with stakeholders.
Stage 3: Preparation of Consultation Draft Manor House AAP (Phase 1) - Masterplan
Following the assessment of initial community engagement in early 2010 of issues and options, this Area Action Plan represents the most appropriate strategic framework taken forward (when compared to the alternatives, it provided the most potential for wider regeneration improvements) and the AAP developed into a consultation draft document with input from stakeholders.
Stage 4: Consultation (Regulation 25)
The Draft AAP (Phase 1) underwent extensive formal public consultation for 10 weeks between September - December 2010.
