Walkingtogether Health Walks

We can all work some physical activity into our every day life if we make a bit of effort. It doesn’t have to be hard work. There are lots of fun and easy ways to improve our health and wellbeing. "Being part of an organised walk is a great opportunity for people to get active during their lunch break, socialise, meet new people, enjoy the parks and get healthy. It's all about feeling good, having fun, reducing stress, managing weight, more energy and many more benefits".

If you have decided to increase the amount of physical activity in your life by taking simple, easy steps to a healthier lifestyle, then why not come out from behind that desk and exercise your lungs, heart and de-stress your mind body and soul.

The Wednesday 'Health Walk' takes place every week and consists of a warm up, followed by the health walk (45 minutes) and a cool down.

When and where?
Every Wednesday at 12noon
Meeting outside The Learning Trust Building, Mare Street, E8 (next to the Town Hall)
