The North London Waste Plan Development Plan Document

NWLPThe North London Waste Plan sets out the planning framework for waste management in the London boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey, Islington and Waltham Forest for the next 15 years up to 2027. It identifies sites for waste management use and sets out policies for determining waste planning applications.

The NLWP partnership authorities have published  the 'Proposed Submission' version of the North London Waste Plan Development Plan Document  under  Regulation 27 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004 (Amendment (2008). The period for representations ran between the 11 May to the 8 July 2011. The consultation on the Proposed Submission version of the Plan has now closed. The consultation responses will be taken into account in finalising the Submission version, which will then be subject to an independent public examination scheduled for January 2012. A report on the consultation responses and how they have been taken into account will be published alongside the Submission version of the Plan.
