Charges for Non-Residential Care Services
If you receive community care services from Hackney Council, you will be financially assessed to contribute towards the cost of your service. Only those who can afford to pay will be charged. Hackney Council recently agreed a number of changes to its fairer charging policy, following a period of public consultation these changes came into effect on 9 April 2012. Please note the start date for this change was extended by one week to align with changes to benefits.
