Welcome to Out & About, Hackney Council's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Staff Forum
Out & About provides an opportunity for LGBT staff of all grades and backgrounds to identify issues concerning their experiences as employees, share best practice, help increase awareness, offer support to each other. It also serves to act as a representative consultative body as well as assisting the Council in promoting equality and in helping to make real improvements in the workplace.
