Our Adults and Older Peoples service is currently at an exciting phase in its development and we will be moving quickly to improve our 3-star service to become a leading authority.
This service provides the first point of contact for many people in need of social care. We aim to meet those needs through providing access to a wide range of critical services such as occupational therapy, physical and sensory disability care including HIV and Sickle Cell, as well as Safeguarding Adults, and by working with our mental health care and the First Response partners.

Access Service Manager
This is your chance to join us as we develop a new approach to delivering care and support. The ideal candidate for this role will manage our Access Service. Your service will provide information and advice to older people and adults with sensory or physical disabilities. They will also carry out the initial assessments and signposting. Using Fair Access to Care Services criteria and your strong links with other teams, your service will help people to maintain enabled lifestyles through prevention and rehabilitation, while promoting individual choice and independence, as well as ensuring access to the most effective and appropriate support.
