What's new

Improved access and provision for disabled people

The recently improved provision of inclusive fitness equipment and staff training will help support the health and fitness needs of disabled people. This includes high visibility entrance markings, additional handrails in the changing rooms and toilets, improved signage and newly qualified NVQ Level 3 Fitness Instructors who are now trained to work to support disabled customers. Meet the manager

Come along and meet a member of the management team who run the centre. The meetings are relaxed and informal, allowing customers to raise any issues or concerns they have about the service.

Creche Play and Learn opens

Book your under 5s into a Creche Play and Learn session. From £1.30. Qualified childcare workers provide a fun, educational environment, leaving you time to enjoy your workout. Visit GLL for more information.

Activities for toddlers

Toddlers' World: designed to challenge and stimulate children in a soft play environment.
Toddlers' Soccer sessions: an inflatable pitch is used to introduce the basic skills of football in a safe, instructor-led session. Visit GLL for more information.

Clissold Fitness Centre just got bigger

An additional 22 pieces of equipment, including treadmills and exercise bikes, in the Wellness Fitness Centre. Visit GLL for more information.

New fast-track kiosks

The kiosks allow prepaid members faster access into the centre thereby reducing queues. Visit GLL for more information.
