Help for 16 to 18 Year Olds
If you are between 16 and 18, live in Hackney, and have problems at home, we may be able to help.
You may be entitled to public funds, and may be supported in temporary accommodation.
We undertake interviews, both with you individually, and together with your family, to confirm if we are able to help.
We can give advice on:
- Further education
- Health matters
- Claiming Income Support / Job Seekers Allowance, and
- Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit
When you reach 18 years old, you will be passed on to the appropriate Hackney department.
