Home Care Service Standards
What you can expect from us
- Should we need to change your Home Care worker or time of visit we will discuss this with you in advance and wherever possible at least one week beforehand
- We will give you a service user guide and a letter confirming which tasks are to be done, the times and days of your service, the name of your care workers, the manager and contact number within 48 hours of assessment
