Services for Councillors Division
This service ensures statutory requirements are followed in decision making, that the public and stakeholders are involved in the process.
The service provides support to Councillors in their respective roles, promotes increased understanding of governance processes and provides a corporate lead on monitoring complaints and improvements in the complaints management process.
In addition the division provides administrative support to the Monitoring Officer function of ensuring lawful and rational decision-making in compliance with the Constitution.
