Mayor celebrates launch of London Overground
Mayor Jules Pipe welcomed the transfer of the North London Line to Transport for London, bringing with it Oyster Card usage and fully staffed stations, as the first steps of a £1.4billion investment programme, which will also give Hackney its first Tube-style link via the extension of the East London Line (ELL).
