Community and Day Centres
Hackney Community Service - Adults directly manages or supports a number of day centres which provide a range of activities and facilities for people residing in Hackney. Places at a day centre are usually allocated following an assessment of needs by a one of our staff.
Hackney Community Services -Adults have a number of day centres for people with disabilities and for older people.
These services are only available following an assessment of need. This is a discussion with you to find out how best to support you. We will look at your needs and decide whether you are eligible for services including attending one of our day centres.
