How can I report an accident at work?
Not all accidents are reportable.
You can contact the Incident Contact Centre on 0845 3009923 to report an accident or get advice. You may also report on-line at www.riddor.gov.uk or by email to riddor@natbrit.com.
Alternatively you can contact the Hackney Service Centre on 020 8356 4911 to report an accident or request further advice.
I had an accident at work and my employer has done nothing.
As a general guide the Health and Safety Executive are only responsible for enquiries regarding Health and Safety in factories. Environmental Health are responsible for offices, shops, and other work places. Please contact Hackney Service Centre on 020 8356 4911 so we can log your complaint. Environmental Health will investigate and take the appropriate action on their area of responsibility.
