CCTV Viewing
I have received a parking fine (called a penalty charge notice) through the post that I have no knowledge of?
If you wish to appeal this fine, please write to Parking Services including your penalty charge notice number (which begins with an HK) and any information and evidence you feel is relevant to your case. It is possible to view additional photographs relating to this PCN. Please state if you wish these to be sent to you.
I want to see the video footage of the Penalty Charge Notice I have been given.
Please call Corporate Contact Centre on 020 8356 8877 to arrange an appointment to view the CCTV footage. You have an option to view additional photographs before you book an appointment. Please note that you will need to bring identification to the office which you will need to show.
